30 Days Of Journaling

We're glad you want to get started building a journaling practice.  Research has shown that journaling has a multitude of emotional and physical health benefits. Building a new habit can be challenging though, and that's where this list comes in.

Every morning we will send you a short email with a journaling prompt and some additional resources (articles, podcast episodes, videos) related to journaling, reflective practice, productivity, self-compassion, mindfulness and other related topics. You can use the prompts and the resources as you see fit. 

We recommend that you set out a consistent time for your journaling, first thing in the morning, last thing before you go to sleep, while you drink your morning coffee. Having a consistent time (And place) for your journaling will help to establish the habit. You can spend as little as 3 minutes a day on this, or as much as you like.
